Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with room reservations, check-in/check-out, and payments.
• Maintain lobby and front desk appearance and ensure guest safety and privacy.
• Operate the PMS and POS systems to process transactions and generate receipts.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security to resolve issues and unusual situations.
