Job summary

NGIS Bremerton, part of the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), seeks a Guest Service Representative to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and support reservations at Navy Gateway Inns & Suites in Silverdale, WA. This part-time role covers days, evenings, and night shifts to ensure continuous guest care.

You will operate the PMS, handle guest requests, and provide local information while maintaining front desk standards and security. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of general office clerical experience
• 1 year of progressively responsible work
• Able to pass a background check
• Flexible to rotating schedule including overnights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out and room assignments.
• Answer phones, handle reservations and cancellations.
• Use the PMS to update guest data and process transactions.
• Resolve guest requests and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain front desk area and provide information about base amenities.
