Navy Lodge under the Navy Exchange Service Command in Staten Island, NY seeks a Front Desk Clerk who will be the first point of contact for guests at Navy Gateway Inn and Suites or Navy Lodge. You will handle reservations, check-in/check-out, payments, and ensure security and privacy of guests.

The role requires one year of clerical experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with hotel PMS. You will work all shifts and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifikationen

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience related to the position.
• Substitution of education for experience allowed per policy.

Aufgaben

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out, reservations and payments.
• Greet guests and maintain outstanding guest relations.
• Use the PMS to manage reservations and records.
• Communicate with staff and ensure lobby and front desk areas are clean and secure.
• Prepare reports and handle cash drawers as assigned.
