Job summary

The Navy Inn in Fallon, NV is seeking a Full Time Guest Services Representative I to support Navy Gateway Inn and Suites. The role involves greeting guests, handling reservations, check-in/check-out, and coordinating with departments to ensure a smooth stay for military lodging guests.

Qualifications

One year of general office clerical experience and one year of progressive related experience.
Knowledge of computer systems.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and answer questions about the lodging facility, amenities and local attractions.
Assist with reservations, check-in/check-out, room assignments and processing payments.
Operate a multi-line telephone system, records and deliver messages.
Inventory keys and supplies; manage master key log.
Keep front desk and lobby area clean.
Use PMS to log trouble calls and notify the appropriate department; relocate guests if required; generate reports from PMS.
