Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to deliver outstanding hospitality at our Denver community. This on-site role focuses on resolving resident questions, coordinating services, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both residents and homeshare guests.

The ideal candidate has a background in hospitality or customer service, strong communication, and a can-do attitude with a growth mindset. Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends is required to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Multifamily experience preferred; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and use multiple software systems; strong organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt, stay composed, and resolve resident inquiries with care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Resolve resident inquiries related to property and services with professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Process requests, questions, and concerns and record interactions accurately.
• Run reports and monitor daily activity and special requests.
• Maintain the lobby environment, safety, and access control.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance resident experience and retention.
• Stay informed about local activities to offer recommendations.
• Support administration and special projects as needed.
