Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to provide people-first hospitality on-site at our communities. You will engage with residents and homeshare guests, resolve inquiries, and support daily operations to ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

You will work face-to-face with residents, guests, and team members, delivering excellent service, handling access, and contributing to the property's positive atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver exceptional hospitality.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Greet residents by name and provide welcoming service.
• Respond to inquiries and requests with friendliness, efficiency, and confidentiality.
• Manage building access and maintain lobby and common areas.
