Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral's standards, policies, and customer service excellence.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to make them feel valued.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Prioritize and fulfill residents' requests with friendliness, efficiency, and confidentiality.
