Job summary

Sentral is hiring an Experience Ambassador on-site at our Denver community. The role focuses on delivering outstanding hospitality, engaging with residents and guests, and ensuring a smooth stay at our property.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate services, and help guests feel welcome. A background in hospitality and a willingness to work a flexible schedule are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests and ensure they feel valued.
• Serve as first point of contact for guests and residents; handle inquiries professionally.
• Prioritize requests, maintain confidentiality, and act with discretion.
• Greet residents by name and create a welcoming atmosphere at all times.
• Provide hospitality aligned with QA standards to ensure a memorable experience.
• Resolve disputes promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote living benefits and distribute marketing materials to residents.
• Record and process calls, messages, and requests accurately.
• Run daily reports and verify data accuracy.
• Monitor building access to ensure safety and security.
• Identify and escalate potential issues; coordinate with management.
