Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to provide guests with outstanding hospitality and service at our on-site communities. You will engage with residents and homeshare guests, greeting them warmly and handling inquiries with care throughout their stay.

You will manage calls, requests, and coordination with property teams, ensuring smooth operations and a memorable stay. Weekend availability is required, and proximity to multifamily communities is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service required.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests and vendors.
• Computer savvy and ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize and follow up with urgency.
• Active listening and attention to detail essential.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to make them feel welcomed.
• Serve as primary contact between guests and the organization.
• Process requests promptly with friendliness, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and provide a warm welcome.
• Provide hospitality aligned with QA standards to create memorable experiences.
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote property benefits and distribute marketing materials.
• Record and route calls, messages, and requests; run daily reports.
• Monitor entry points to protect residents and property.
• Identify issues and escalate to management when needed.
• Foster positive relations among building staff and vendors.
