Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage residents and homeshare guests, delivering outstanding hospitality on-site at our communities. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and ensuring a welcoming, secure environment.

Candidates should have hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a friendly, professional demeanor. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with residents, guests, team, management, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Prioritize and fulfill requests with friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile to foster guest satisfaction.
• Provide hospitality in line with quality standards to create memorable experiences.
• Resolve disputes promptly to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Promote resident benefits and local partnerships through proactive engagement.
• Manage calls, messages, and requests and log them accurately.
• Monitor access and maintain safety of the property and residents.
