Job summary

Sentral is seeking an Experience Ambassador to engage residents and homeshare guests, delivering outstanding hospitality on-site. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, requests, and safety responsibilities while upholding Sentral’s standards.

The ideal candidate has hospitality or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a multifamily community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year in hospitality or customer service.
• Multifamily experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with residents, guests, and vendors.
• Proficient with computer software and multiple systems.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards, policies and customer service excellence.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to make them feel valued.
• Serve as the first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Prioritize and fulfill requests with friendliness, efficiency and discretion.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile to enhance the guest experience.
• Provide exceptional hospitality in line with QA standards.
• Answer, record and process calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Monitor access for residents, guests and vendors to maintain safety.
