Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a warm, service-oriented Guest Services Ambassador in Denver. You will welcome guests, assist with arrivals/departures, and provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

As part of the Rooms Division, you will support Front Office operations, process reservations, and communicate guest needs across departments while upholding sustainability and thoughtful service values.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, welcoming and professional demeanor.
• Genuine interest in connecting with people and creating memorable experiences.
• Knowledge of Denver and surrounding area is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with hotel property management or POS systems is a plus.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and independence.
• Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service to guests.
