Qualificações

• Proven experience in guest services or hotel operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs.
• Process check-ins and check-outs during night hours.
• Compile and distribute daily reports to departments.
• Post charges and perform end-of-day reconciliation.
• Monitor hotel premises for safety and security.
