Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Night Auditor to oversee financial and administrative activities during the overnight shift. You will monitor guest services, handle late check-ins, and ensure accurate records in the property management system.

Responsibilities include processing night-time check-ins/outs, reconciling daily revenue, posting charges, and preparing reports for the next day. You will maintain data security and support guest satisfaction through calm, professional service.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
• Process check-ins and check-outs for night arrivals and departures.
• Manage reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy.
• Handle phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests.
• Maintain organized records of financial transactions and guest interactions.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance for guest information.
• Prepare reports and perform data entry for next-day operations.
• Compile and distribute daily reports to departments.
• Verify and reconcile guest accounts and daily revenue (rooms, F&B).
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments to guest accounts; close day's transactions in PMS.
• Monitor premises for safety; respond to emergencies when needed.
