Job summary

Cedarbrook Lodge is seeking a Front Desk Agent for the overnight shift (11 pm – 7 am). This seasonal role focuses on efficient check-in/check-out, guest issue resolution, and delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include operating the property management system, handling room credits and keys, and making restaurant, transportation, or activity reservations while maintaining a guest-first approach. Availability Monday through Sunday is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Cash handling and POS experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle front desk check-in and checkout per hotel procedures.
• Proficient with the property management system.
• Operate the PBX and radio paging system per procedures.
• Establish guest credit at check-in; issue keys and explain services.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and consult management when needed.
• Follow up with guests and team members.
• Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations for guests.
