Job summary

Concord Hospitality Enterprises seeks a Night Auditor to manage front desk functions during overnight hours and ensure accurate daily financials. You will process guest transactions, balance accounts, handle check-ins/outs, and monitor safety and security in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, independence, and the ability to work overnight shifts within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during night hours and handle VIP guests calmly.

Responsibilities

• Process credit card transactions and guest charges for the day.
• Answer phones, handle reservations, and transfer calls.
• Verify and balance room availability and perform check-in/check-out.
• Administer guest payments and reconcile daily transactions.
• Prepare folios for departing guests and ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with AM breakfast setup as needed.
• Know hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
• Support nightly operations without direct supervision.
