Qualifications

• Fluent English; strong communication and guest service skills.
• General computer skills and familiarity with standard office machines.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
• Register guests, assign rooms, issue keys; manage reservations.
• Handle guest questions, bookings, check-ins/outs and payments.
• Coordinate wake-up calls and guest information as needed.
