Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is seeking an overnight Front Desk Associate at Cedarbrook Lodge, near SeaTac. You’ll handle guest check-in/out, issue room credits, keys, and resolve guest requests in a fast-paced environment.

This role runs 11 pm–7 am, Monday through Sunday, with opportunities to memory-maker guests through exceptional service and problem-solving. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is valued, along with cash handling and POS know-how.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling & computerized POS system preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and checkout processes according to hotel procedures.
• Be knowledgeable and proficient with the property management system.
• Operate the PBX and Radio paging system according to procedures.
• Establish credit at check-in; issue room keys and inform guests about services.
• Resolve guest issues with professionalism and good judgment, escalate when needed.
• Make restaurant, transportation, activity, or entertainment reservations for guests.
