Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk in line with Highgate standards.
• Maintain PBX console operation and ensure hotel standards are met.
• Answer guest inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation.
• Handle check-ins/outs and balance shift paperwork per standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and assist with guest requests as needed.
