Highgate Hotels' Hampton Inn Sedona is seeking a Guest Services Agent to deliver attentive, courteous service at check-in, stay, and checkout. You will assist guests with inquiries, manage luggage and packages, and support front desk operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, accurate information, and adherence to hotel standards. Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, handle multiple tasks, and work flexible hours to accommodate guest needs.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome all guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Process check-ins and checkouts in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and travel-related reporting.
