Highgate Hotels in Mesa, AZ seeks a Night Audit to greet guests, balance accounts, and support Front Desk operations during the night shift. You will handle check-ins/outs, manage the front desk computer system, and assist guests with inquiries while ensuring accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Maintain PBX console operation and hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services and hours.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork.
• Handle check-ins and checkouts in a courteous manner.
• Be familiar with Front Desk computer systems and rate quotes.
