Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader in Los Angeles to supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets across 20–40 multifamily communities. You will ensure timely, high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services while coaching staff and optimizing schedules.

The role emphasizes problem solving, data-driven decisions, and safe operations with a hybrid field/remote work setup. A valid driver’s license and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quick to learn new platforms.
• Able to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching, conduct safety checks, and lead team meetings.
• Manage schedules and approve timecards to stay on budget.
• Foster accountability, clear communication and continuous improvement.
