Job summary

Valet Living is hiring a field-based Area Leader to oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collections across multiple communities. You’ll supervise a team of 15–40 Service Valets, ensure on-time service, safety, and quality while managing schedules and budgets.

The role is 70% field-based, 30% remote, with a Sunday–Thursday night schedule and a starting pay of $21.50–$23 per hour. Onboarding includes training and field coaching, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of supervisory experience overseeing a team in a hands-on environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong scheduling and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead Your Team: onboard/train Service Valets, provide on-the-job coaching, manage schedules/timecards, ensure budgets, foster accountability.
• Keep Operations Running Smoothly: step in when needed, visit properties, complete audits, use iValet dashboard, respond to concerns, ensure tools and access.
• Support Daily and Administrative Tasks: assist with hiring/training, distribute supplies, monitor staffing, help with special projects, oversee vehicle maintenance.
