Valet Living is seeking a Field-based Area Leader to supervise 15–40 Service Valets across 20–40 multifamily communities, ensuring safe, on-time waste, recycling, and compost collection. You’ll lead onboarding, coaching, schedules, and budget adherence, with 70% field work and 30% remote administrative tasks.

The role requires at least one year of supervisory experience, strong organization, data-driven decisions, and a valid driver’s license. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualificações

• One year of supervisory experience preferred overseeing a hands-on team.
• Organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage schedules and track service.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with MS Office and learning new platforms.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to address issues.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and onboard a team of Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching, safety checks, and regular team meetings to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets and costs.
• Visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve issues.
• Utilize iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets and coordinating supplies.
