Job summary

Valet Living is seeking a Field-based Area Leader to supervise a team of Service Valets across multiple communities. You will oversee nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection, ensuring on-time, quality service.

The role combines field leadership with some remote administrative work, offering a company vehicle and a schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year supervisory/leadership experience in hands-on environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Comfort with data and basic analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost services.
• Provide coaching and safety checks; run team meetings to reinforce standards.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budget and costs.
