Valet Living is seeking a field-based Area Leader to supervise nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection services across multiple multifamily communities. You will oversee 15–40 Service Valets, ensuring safe, on-time delivery and adherence to standards.

In this role, you will lead onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and budget tracking while using data to drive decisions. A strong communicator with supervisory experience and a valid driver's license will thrive.

Qualifikationen

• One year of supervisory experience in a hands-on environment.
• Ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new platforms.
• Data-driven with the ability to interpret reports and make decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding and training for Service Valets to deliver waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide coaching, conduct team meetings and safety checks.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and monitor budgets.
• Visit properties to review service quality and complete audits.
• Use the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service.
• Assist with hiring and training new Service Valets and with supply distribution.
• Oversee fleet maintenance and safety standards.
