Qualificações

• Supervisory experience in a hands-on environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and drive decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead your team by onboarding and training Service Valets for waste, recycling, and compost collection.
• Provide coaching, conduct safety checks, and ensure service standards and budgeting targets are met.
• Manage schedules, approve timecards, and keep operations on track.
