Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking friendly Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors and ensure a safe, orderly lobby experience. You will greet visitors, manage access, and provide exceptional service around the clock.

You will coordinate reservations, plan on-site events, guide guests to local entertainment and services, handle mail and deliveries, and maintain keys and access cards. This role is based in Oakland, CA with a Tuesday–Saturday night shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors on entry.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events and provide local referrals.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
