Qualifications

• 3+ years of Night Auditor or Security Lead with Concierge experience.
• Warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction and referrals to local entertainment, dining, shopping, attractions, and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
