Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and vendors and provide directions.
• Coordinate reservations, events, and access to local services.
• Answer phones and monitor lobby; manage mail and deliveries.
• Maintain keys and access cards and document security procedures.
