Job summary

Cheney Brothers is seeking a Shuttle Driver for night shifts (Sun–Sat with one day off). You will transport empty trailers to warehouse locations and return full trailers to yards, adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards.

Requires CDL A with doubles endorsement and at least 1 year of commercial driving experience. The role offers competitive pay ($65,000–$75,000 annually) and comprehensive benefits, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer service in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CDL A license with Doubles Endorsement.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and road test.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) per DOT regulations.
• Inspect tractor/trailer to ensure safe operation.
• Report safety issues and required repairs.
• Drive and deliver trailers on scheduled routes.
• Complete daily hours of service logs per regulations.
• Maintain clean and organized trailers and loading dock area.
