Job summary

HHM Hotels in Orlando, FL is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue and settle accounts nightly while performing Guest Service Agent duties. The role also supports front office tasks and daily guest interactions.

You will maintain room availability and guest accounts, prepare daily reports, audit cashiers, and input financial information into BRAINS. A high school diploma and night audit experience are required; Excel and arithmetic skills are essential. FSD within 90 days is a plus.

Qualifications

• Night audit and accounting experience is required or obtained through training.
• Computer knowledge with Excel and solid arithmetic skills are required.
• FSD certification is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and assist Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Strive to improve department and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
