Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in Orlando, FL, seeks a Night Auditor to perform overnight financial controls and ensure accurate reporting for the property's daily revenue cycle. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to maintain service standards, balance revenue, and prepare daily reports using the front office system and POS tapes.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and 10-key accuracy.
• Excellent guest and colleague service attitude.
• Strong input skills on a moderately complex computer system.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue and guest ledger reports by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from the front office system and POS, make corrections as needed.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset the system for next day.
• Ensure attendance and be available to work nights as scheduled.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
