Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts in Orlando is seeking a Night Audit professional to maintain financial controls and support hotel operations. You will coordinate with Security and Housekeeping to ensure service standards and accurate nightly reporting.

Ideal candidates have hotel experience and Opera experience preferred; strong math skills, excellent communication, and reliability. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, travel discounts, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Opera experience with front desk operations.
• Hotel experience required.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform 10-key calculations.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals for revenue breakdown.
• Run audit reports from front office systems and POS.
• Make corrections and resolve system issues during shifts.
• Enter revenue/expenses/allowances in front office system to generate daily reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems for next day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
