Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, and perform Guest Service Agent duties. You will maintain files, reset the system for the next day, and support front desk operations.

Responsibilities include balancing accounts, auditing cashiers, reconciling credit cards, preparing daily reports, and inputting financial data. Strong Excel and arithmetic skills are required; prior night audit or accounting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Strive for high guest satisfaction scores and departmental excellence.
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as requested.
