Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawer at start and end of each shift.

• Process guest registrations and collect payment.
• Prepare express checkout folios and night audit reports.
• Maintain room status inventory and lobby area.
• Communicate shift information to front office staff.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services and local attractions.
• Complete all required shift paperwork and night audit documentation.
