Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
• 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools and reporting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests during overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM) and handle check-ins/reservations.
• Balance the books, finalize transactions, ensure accuracy of all numbers.
• Conduct regular security walks to keep the property safe.
• Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth night operations.
• Fluent in Windows, spreadsheets, and word docs; strong problem-solving skills.
