Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to greet, register and service guests in line with brand standards. You will manage check-in/check-out, handle payments and assist guests with their needs.

You will use the PMS to assign rooms, balance accounts and respond to requests with a focus on guest satisfaction. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are preferred; knowledge of PMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of front desk procedures and hotel operations.
• Basic math and credit handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests according to brand standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Process payments and balance cash register.
• Provide information about local attractions and services.
• Assist with luggage during peak periods.
• Maintain knowledge of room availability and reservations using PMS.
