Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, and support Guest Service Agent tasks. The role includes auditing cashiers, maintaining records, and preparing daily reports.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, prior night audit or accounting exposure, and strong computer/Excel skills. A Fire Safety Director qualification is a plus and may be required within 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly; audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts using computers.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit, reconcile, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve overall guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
