Job summary

HHM Hotels in Big Sky, MT seeks a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and prepare daily reports. You will also perform Guest Service Agent duties, check guests in/out, and keep BRAINS network updated with financial data.

The role requires previous night audit or accounting experience, a high school diploma, and basic Excel/arithmetic skills. Training on FSD within 90 days is a plus. Schedule includes holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training.
• Computer knowledge, Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
