HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance accounts, conduct nightly audits, and prepare daily reports while assisting guests with service tasks. You will reconcile cashiers, manage guest accounts, and input data into BRAINS network.

The role requires prior night audit or accounting experience, solid computer skills, and the ability to handle guest inquiries. A high school diploma is preferred, with FSD certification due within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Previous night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training.
• Basic computer skills and arithmetic are required.
• FSD certification within 90 days of employment preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests’ accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input financial data into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve guest satisfaction scores.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
