Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and perform nightly audits.
• Maintain guest accounts and room availability records.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards.
• Input financial data into BRAINS network and support front desk duties when needed.
• Assist guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
