Highgate Hotels in Miami is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions and ensure accurate guest billing. You’ll compile management reports, handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and switchboard tasks as needed, while maintaining guest service excellence.

The role requires attention to financial detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to work late or overnight shifts. Strong computer skills and reliability are essential for daily operations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest Service experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible with long hours and late/overnight shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Prepare and distribute daily and month-end reports.
• Assist with check-in/check-out, reservations, and switchboard duties as needed.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers' work.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate issues to management.
