Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Agent to balance room, restaurant and bar daily work, post charges, and reset systems for the next day. The role includes acting as front desk support during shifts and ensuring accurate reports and vouchers.

Responsibilities include auditing revenue, inputting financial data, and coordinating with departments to guarantee smooth nightly close and proper file maintenance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including A/R and A/P.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to effectively handle guest and employee concerns with empathy and solutions.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English; strong telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue and settlements for front desk; assist with restaurant and bar duties.
• Prepare and audit revenue reports; input data for daily currency and vouchers.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Coordinate with front desk, restaurants and bars to ensure smooth closing and handoff of totals.
