Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including accounts receivable/payable.
• Basic math and 10-key by touch.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and guest communication.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar charges daily.
• Post and balance settlements; prepare reports nightly.
• Provide front desk coverage during shifts as needed.
• Ensure reports and backups are filed and distributed correctly.
• Assist with guest registration and room assignment as required.
