Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an Overnight Front Desk Agent balancing room, restaurant and bar duties with accounting tasks. You will post charges, balance settlements, and reset systems for the next day while occasionally serving at the front desk during shifts.

The role requires attention to detail in revenue reporting, guest interaction, and adherence to procedures. Collaborative team environment and a full-time schedule in Miami.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including A/R and A/P
• Basic math and proficient 10-key data entry
• Ability to handle guest and employee concerns professionally
• Ability to navigate and input information into a moderately complex computer system
• Fluent English communication and telephone etiquette
• Ability to observe and respond to safety and emergency cues

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports and audit data for restaurant operations
• Run audit reports and journals; balance revenue and settlements
• Input revenue/expenses into the PC for daily reports
• Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts; balance cash and vouchers
• Coordinate with front desk and food & beverage outlets for smooth closing and next-day totals
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out using the electronic system
• Maintain files, backups, and reports; follow all company policies and procedures
