Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an Overnight Front Desk Agent to balance daily restaurant and hotel operations, post charges, settle accounts, and maintain files. You will also assist at the front desk during the night shift and ensure smooth handoffs.

The role requires accurate data entry, friendly guest service, and the ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment. We offer a benefits package and growth opportunities within the Driftwood group.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including A/R and A/P.
• Basic math and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Ability to interact with guests and employees in a friendly, proactive manner.
• Ability to input and retrieve information using a computer system.
• Clear English communication and excellent telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily revenue and settlements; prepare reports.
• Post charges and balance guest accounts and house accounts.
• Maintain files and reset systems for next day operations.
• Greet guests and provide friendly, accurate information on outlets and local attractions.
• Input charges, keywords, and room data into the front desk computer system.
• Code keys and issue electronic certificates as appropriate.
• Assist with front desk duties during overnight shift as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of daily tasks.
