Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Front Desk Agent to balance room, restaurant and bar daily work, post and balance charges, and reset systems for the next day. The role involves assisting as a front desk agent as needed and requires strong accounting knowledge and guest relations skills.

The position operates in a 24/7 environment with varying shifts. You will prepare revenue reports, audit journals, and maintain accurate records while greeting guests and providing exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting operations including A/R and A/P.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to operate a 10-key by touch.
• Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette; guest relations oriented.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work and post/balance charges.
• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing Micros tapes/journals and settlements.
• Input revenue/expenses into the PC and generate daily reports (Guest Ledger Summary, Daily Restaurant Summary).
• Balance revenue and settlements nightly and reset systems for next day operations.
• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and assist with registration and room assignments.
• Coordinate with front desk and outlets closing to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain neat, professional appearance.
