Job summary

Courtyard Las Vegas, part of Highgate Hotels, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/out, answer inquiries, and help maximize room revenue and occupancy while delivering courteous service at the front desk.

The role requires working late night shifts (11 PM–7 AM), making Starbucks drinks for guests on request, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality throughout the shift. A hotel background and strong computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Computer experience required.
• Must be able to multitask and stand during shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, operations and hours of operation.
• Balance and prepare shift paperwork according to standards.
• Make Starbucks drinks for guests upon request and assist with related duties.
