Job summary

Las Vegas Candlewood Suites by IHG in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Night Auditor to join our hotel operations. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, nightly accounting tasks, and delivering exceptional guest service while the property prepares for the next day.

Qualifications

• 6 months–1+ year of Night Audit experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts.
• Ability to maintain accurate cash, checks and credit transactions records.
• Commitment to hospitality and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate accounts of cash, checks and credit transactions.
• Handle confidential guest records with integrity.
• Verify room charges and starting cash.
• Manage daily reports: occupancy, guest list, cash drawer, balance sheet.
• Submit reports to corporate as appropriate.
• Block rooms and handle guest requests.
• Conduct regular security walks.
• Know emergency procedures and implementation.
• Prepare continental breakfast and replenish items.
• Perform Guest Service Agent duties including laundry.
• May make management decisions in the manager's absence.
• All other duties as assigned.
